The next three weeks on The Young and the Restless are about to be absolute chaos.

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for the next three weeks, June 22 to July 10, reveal that some stunning Patty Williams (Stacy Haiduk) developments are ahead along with some unsettling moments for Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) and Sharon Newman (Sharon Case).

The week of June 22-26 will bring Matt Clark’s (Roger Howarth) date request for Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) along with a test from Noah Newman (Lucas Adams), who’ll try to get a rise out of Matt with some goading.

Lauren Koslow will also replace Jess Walton temporarily in the role of Jill Abbott, so look for her to first show up on June 25.

Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) will meet with Jill and will weigh in on Jack Abbott’s (Peter Bergman) grand plan.

After Jack quizzes Dr. Laurence Markham (Jere Burns) and Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) tails the doc back to his place, the father-son duo will do some plotting.

Jack will want to get Dr. Markham out of the house again and perhaps sneak in with the goal of saving Diane Jenkins Abbott (Susan Walters).

However, Kyle and Jack’s scheme will involve tricking Patty, so things could get risky since she’s such a dangerous wildcard.

As for Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott), she’ll learn she could go blind due to a brain mass on her optic nerve – even if she has surgery to remove it.

Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will learn the truth about Nikki’s condition despite her attempt to keep him at a distance.

Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) may also face this tough news since he’s about to deal with more drug temptation.

During the week of June 29-July 3, Billy will set off some alarm bells for his bride-to-be.

Sally will sense that Billy is breaking his promise when it comes to letting Chancellor go and putting his attention on their family.

Once Billy makes a power play, will Sally turn to Jill with concerns about her son?

Could Jill actually side with Billy this time around?

Whatever the case, Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) and Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn) will have to stand against Billy’s threat.

Back with Nikki, she may refuse to let Victor console her at first.

Nikki won’t want Victor’s sympathy to be the reason they reunite, so she’ll probably be stubborn for a while.

Nevertheless, Nikki may ultimately cave since she’ll be up against such a difficult battle.

A follow-up doctor’s appointment could lead to Nikki scheduling the mass removal procedure, but she’ll worry she could awaken without her sight.

The week of July 6-10 may bring Kyle and Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) closer as they once again fret over their parents.

Victoria might confide in Kyle about Nikki’s situation and end up surprised by how much comfort she gets from him.

Matt and Phyllis may strengthen their connection as well, but you can bet Nick isn’t going to approve!

Likewise, Sharon will inevitably warn Phyllis that it’s a mistake to fall for Matt, who could revert to the monstrous version of himself at any time.

As for Patty, she may totally lose it if she realizes her Jack marriage plans aren’t going to work out.

Patty likes to pretend she’s rehabilitated, but you can bet her unhinged side will come out sooner or later.

If Jack pulls off a Diane rescue, it could push Patty right over the edge.

Diane will also strike back against Patty down the road, so major Y&R drama is ahead for these rivals.

The Young and the Restless spoilers say fans will see total mayhem eventually, so stay tuned.
