Coronation Street resolves a week-long mystery tonight as we find out what Tyrone Dobbs is hiding about the night of Theo Silvertonâs death.
The kind-hearted mechanic turned nasty last week as he refused to back up Summer Spellmanâs story about her movements that evening, even though she seemed to be telling the truth.
Summer is now at breaking point, as sheâs been charged with Theoâs murder and is being held on remand. But what is Tyroneâs game?

1. Todd is alerted to Tyroneâs deception
Todd pays another visit to Summer in prison and is perplexed when she mentions that Tyrone is lying to the police about what he saw that night. Or, more accurately, what heâs claiming he didnât
Left in no doubt over Summerâs innocence, Todd confronts Tyrone once heâs back on the street â demanding to know what heâs playing at.
2. Summer is left with a plea dilemma
Adam also goes to see Summer and spells out to her that she could be facing a life sentence if sheâs found guilty of murder when the case goes to trial.
Offering an alternative, Adam explains that Summer will be treated much more leniently if she accepts a plea bargain for the lesser charge of manslaughter

3. Tyroneâs accomplice is revealed
After Tyrone recently made a desperate phone call to someone who knows his secret, all becomes clear as he has a tense meeting with another of the Streetâs residents.
Tyrone declares that he canât let Summer go down for a murder she didnât commit, so he now wants to confess. But will Tyroneâs accomplice, who seems to be pulling the strings, accept this decision?
4. Flashbacks expose Tyroneâs secret
New flashback scenes take viewers back to the night of Theoâs murder, finally revealing what Tyrone has to hide
