Michaelâs on-screen younger sister Debbie Webster, played by actress Sue Devaney, was also there to show her support, and has since been seen in pictures from the special day alongside Tony Maudsley and Peter Gunn, who Corrie fans will know for playing Weatherfieldâs George Shuttleworth and Brian Packham.
Alongside a picture of the trio, Tony jokingly wrote on Instagram: âAbout to take a chunk out of Sue Devaneyâs head!! #Tasty,â with Sue notably wearing the outfit she was snapped arriving at Michael and Louiseâs ceremony in, alongside her on-screen son Jonathan Howard, who joined Corrie last year as Carl Webster.
Meanwhile, Alan was also seen posting his own pictures and videos from the special day. Alongside a picture of the newlyweds, the soap star penned: âThe boss got married,â while he also gave a glimpse at his own suited and booted appearance for the occasion.
He also shared a video of a joyous Michael belting out a few notes with his wedding singer, Cole Page, who held the microphone as he entertained his guests. â@colepage1 as always getting the party started,â Alan penned alongside the clip, shared to his Instagram Story.
Alan also wrote alongside some of the pictures on his Instagram grid: âSuit on. Smile on. Celebration on. Raising a glass to Mike & Louise. Cheers to love, laughter and happily ever after.â Fellow wedding guests were quick to respond, with Sally Carman writing: âWhat I remember was wonderful.â
Jane Danson, who is famed for playing Leanne Battersby in Corrie, also shared: â[heart emoji] Wasnât it such a gorgeous day,â as Jonathan added: âGreat day [heart emoji].â
