Nobody saw this coming.

Keith Urban publicly wished ex-wife Nicole Kidman a happy birthday.

The country singer posted an Instagram Story Saturday reading, “Happy birthday, Nicole Mary!!!!!!!!!!!!,” with a blue and purple background. Kidman, whose full name is Nicole Mary Kidman, turned 59 on June 20.

While Kidman didn’t publicly respond to Urban’s birthday greeting, she did show him some love on Father’s Day. Kidman posted a black-and-white childhood photo of her with her late dad, Antony Kidman, on top of a throwback photo of Urban giving their two daughters — Sunday Rose, 17, and Faith Margaret, 15 — a piggyback ride.

“Happy Father’s Day to all the fathers,” Kidman captioned her Instagram Story.

Kidman and Urban, 58, finalized their divorce in January after 19 years of marriage. Court documents obtained by Page Six revealed that the former couple agreed to waive all rights to child and spousal support and that their daughters would stay with Kidman for 306 days of the year. Meanwhile, Urban would spend “every other weekend” with them.

In April, Sunday made headlines when she unfollowed her dad on Instagram. However, she went back to following him hours later.

The Daily Mail reported later that month that Sunday and Faith sided with their mom amid their parents’ divorce.

“[The girls] are completely team Nicole and, right now, Keith is the bad guy,” an insider claimed to the outlet. “He is the cause of every problem in their minds, and it’s harrowing for him.”

Urban was reportedly “distraught” over the situation.

“He loves those girls, but they are so angry at him and they’re blaming him,” the insider said. “I don’t even think this is Nicole painting a narrative; this is the girls coming to this conclusion on their own.”

Sunday wished her mother a happy birthday on Saturday on Instagram, writing, “happy birthday mumma🦋 no one i adore more.”

As of publishing time, she did not post an individual Father’s Day tribute to Urban.

Meanwhile, Kidman shared she was spending time in nature for her birthday, posting an Instagram pic of herself soaking up the sun outdoors.

“Another trip around the sun ☀️💛 Thank you for all the birthday love xx #SummerSolsticeBaby,” she captioned the pic.

She received plenty of warm wishes from her A-list pals in the comments section, including Natalie Portman, Mariska Hargitay, Kerry Washington and Michelle Pfeiffer.
