It is the bizarre, unscripted moment that left daytime television viewers completely baffled: Phyllis throwing up in a train station trash can.

If you follow any of the CBS daytime stars on social media then you’ve likely seen many pics and videos posted from Monaco. Various actors and actresses from The Young and the Restless, along with The Bold and the Beautiful whose cast is on location, were overseas for the 65th Monte-Carlo Television Festival and Michelle Stafford (Phyllis) was one of them. Though the trip was filled with much fun and excitement, one moment the actress experienced… not so much.

Stafford, who’s been posting highlights from the trip right along, shared a video while traveling on a train with her son Jameson in the background watching over his mama, who stated, “Well. Sometimes traveling isn’t all it’s cracked up to be.” She went on to thank her “amazing kids” who took the reins when she almost passed out in a train station in Nice, France.

“I’m sure it was a sight for some people to see Phyllis throwing up in the train station trashcan,” the actress shared then went on to explain, “Good God. What a memory. Ha! Honestly, it was severe car sickness (I get it sometimes). Coupled with jet lag and no sleep.” She then thanked the two people who were helping her crew during the next leg of their trip and though she didn’t even know their names, Stafford credited them, as well as their driver, as being heroes. “Merci!” she added. “On the way to Paris! A baguette will help … Oui?”

Hey, this happens to the best of us and we hope the actress bounces back quick and enjoys the next adventure ahead!
