The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Tuesday, June 23, reveal that Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) will play some spy games while Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) keeps something huge under wraps.
After Dr. Laurence Markham’s (Jere Burns) visit to the Abbott mansion, Kyle will go along with Jack Abbott’s (Peter Bergman) text request and follow him.
That’ll lead to Kyle finding out where Dr. Markham lives and perhaps getting a clue that Diane Jenkins Abbott (Susan Walters) is there instead of a clinic.
Kyle will ultimately report back to Jack, who’ll become determined to lure Dr. Markham away from his residence again.
Jack may hope to pull off a dramatic Diane rescue, but Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) will warn him about the risks soon enough.
In the meantime, Y&R spoilers say Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) will stonewall Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) when he tries to gather more information on her health.
Although Victor may mention Claire Newman’s (Hayley Erin) concerns about Nikki’s headaches and blurred vision, Nikki won’t want Victor to know what’s really happening.
Since Nikki has a brain mass that’s pressing on her optic nerve, she’s facing a devastating situation.
Nikki could lose her sight completely if the mass isn’t removed, but the surgery required also puts her at risk of blindness.
Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) trusts Nate’s judgment when it comes to medical issues, so he’ll be consulted on this case.
Nate will take a look at Nikki’s scans and most likely confirm that her doctor is sadly right about everything.
Of course, Nate understands doctor-patient confidentiality and will have no problem keeping this news quiet.
Victoria and Nikki will appreciate Nate’s willingness to hide the secret, but he may think Victor’s support and resources would be helpful.
Like Victoria, Nate might give Nikki a nudge to trust Victor with her diagnosis and lean on him in her time of need.
Nikki will dig her heels in for now, but she’ll struggle to keep Victor from finding out anyway.
