The saga of the separated Jack and Diane continues next week, as teased in the latest Young & Restless preview, and now it looks like both of Kyle’s parents are missing! Plus, Nikki makes it through surgery, but will she regain her vision? And can she reconcile with Victor?
A Little Diddy About Jack and Diane
Jack continued his ruse of playing house with Patty, including tasting her muffins, while secretly trying to rescue Diane. He and Kyle suspected she was being kept at the doctor’s gated-off home out in the woods, and they put a plan in motion to save her. Unfortunately, Patty caught on!
Next week, poor Kyle has now lost both his parents, and tells Tracy that his dad could be in real trouble!
While Jack was playing Patty, Diane was doing the same with Dr. Laurence, pretending he was fated to save her, as it’s in their star signs. As she played up her emotions in her sessions with him, she quickly deduced he was in on this whole charade with Patty, whom the doctor claims Jack is moving on with.
Coming up, Diane pretends to be falling for Laurence!
Will Nikki See Again?
Nikki received the devastating news that she had a tumor around her optic nerve, and if not successfully treated, she would go blind. Nikki swore Victoria to secrecy about this, and not even Victor could know. But of course, Victoria told Claire the truth, and Claire Victor! And when Nikki was hit with a debilitating headache, Victoria rushed her to the hospital, where she lost her eyesight!
Next week, Nikki’s out of surgery, but it’s too soon to tell if she’ll see again. Will this life-changing moment bring her and Victor back together?
