Matt continued to reel Cane in at Victor’s request, but Cane immediately knew Victor had put him up to this. Phyllis, who eavesdropped on their whole awkward “let’s be best friends” conversation, later warned Matt that Cane was too smart to fall for this, and that Victor was using him and would eventually stab him in the back.

Can Jack Get to Diane Before It’s Too Late?
Patty, who is as crazy as ever, claimed to Jack that Diane was broken, and she was getting treatment from the same doctor who cleared her to leave the psychiatric clinic. In reality, she and the doctor were in cahoots, keeping Diane locked up so Patty could have Jack all to herself!
Jack played along with Patty’s ruse for the time being, pretending he wanted them to reunite, but he was plotting his own takedown of the blonde and was determined to rescue Diane. Next week, Jack tells Billy of his plan to save Diane! But Billy has concerns…
Is Nikki Dying?
Nikki’s mysterious migraines continued, and it seemed that this was more than her usual M.S. symptoms. She was even having problems with her vision and becoming disoriented.
